Kate has been a massage therapist and energy workerer for years, but, recently, Kate became a partner in Threads Worldwide, which is a women owned business supporting women across the globe by marketing fair trade jewelry and other personal goods designed and crafted by women who have deeply personal and sacred stories behind their craft.
Kate’s other passion is helping people understand stress and how to cope with this stress. Kate offers individual sessions as a healer and stress management consultant through her venture, Mindful Nesting.
