As a young child, Michael Allen loved to play and create with wood, an activity that often provided his joy and connection to his heart. Another passion Michael has enjoyed his entire life is music, playing different instruments and hanging in the music community.
A few years ago, Michael felt the calling to learn how to play the banjo, but he did not have a banjo. In researching the type of banjo he felt he needed, Michael realized it would cost too much money to buy one at that point in his life.
Never one to to give up, Michael realized he could make a banjo! Now he is crafting beautiful banjos for other people, fixing instruments for people, and he is writing and playing his own music.
