Ari ends his interview with the words that best summarize his message. In order to find your self, to find answers, to seek guidance, to connect with your higher conscious, he suggests meditation or just sitting in nature, being still in nature, and just letting nature provide the guidance you seek. “Be open to receive messages.”
Ari is a school Social Worker, published writer, poet, and very wise teacher. He has a deep understanding of the paradox in which we live (fear versus love). Ari believes our collective movement towards positive ways of living, healing, and love is starting to overcome the anger, fear, and tragedies that are occurring around the globe.
Ari’s book, Something to Chew On, provides a monthly guide for meditation topics in relation to different spirit animals and current worldly challenges. The introduction of the book, in itself, is a wonderful guide to meditation, as well. Whether you have experience in meditation, or you are new to the idea of sitting still, Ari makes you feel at ease and ready to connect with nature.
Ari is an anchor amidst the churning storms. His interview, book, and poems speak to his steadfast strength and commitment to being a light for his family, the students and families he serves and all who know him. Thank you, Ari, for sharing your courage and wisdom with us!
